尹亨斌，副教授，韩国成均馆大学经济学博士，中国海洋大学博士后；温州市“一带一路”研究中心办公室主任；“一带一路” 温商研究基地副主任； 

韩国成均馆大学China MBA 高级研究员与访问教授；Marine Policy等SSCI期刊审稿人；浙江省国际经济与贸易学会理事、一带一路专业委员会委员、浙江省自贸区专委会委员。

近三年以第一作者或通讯作者在《Maritime Policy & Management》、《International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health》、《Sustainability》、《Journal of Korea Trade》、《Pakistan Journal of Zoology》、《The Journal of Animal and Plant Sciences》、《Indian Journal of Geo-marine Sciences》、《Applied Ecology and Environmental Research》、《Journal of Scientific and Industrial Research》等SSCI/SCI期刊发表三十余篇学术论文；主持厅局级科研课题3项、参与国家级项目1项、省部级项目3项、厅局级课题1项；参编完成专著3部。
