Teaching, to me, is about creating an environment where students feel inspired to explore, ask questions, and think critically. I believe that education should connect theory with practice — knowledge only becomes powerful when students can apply it to real-world challenges. For this reason, I design my classes around case studies, data analysis, and interactive projects, encouraging students to test ideas, solve problems, and see the practical impact of what they learn.

I enjoy guiding students as they discover their own potential and creativity, whether they are solving statistical problems, designing international marketing strategies, or presenting their ideas with confidence. Seeing students grow — both academically and personally — is what motivates me every day and reminds me why I chose this profession.
